I believe a lighter life comes from REINVENTION.
I've reinvented myself several times in my life. With each reinvention, I liberated myself from a status quo that was holding me back from who I wanted to be and how I wanted to show up.

✓ Second, was when I left the corporate world to become a coach and finally got on the path I was meant to be on.
✓ Third, was when I let go of all my clutter and embraced minimalism, the intentional pursuit of removing the distractions that remove one from life.
Each transformation created tremendous LIGHTNESS in my life.
And now I want to share my reinvention process with you and teach you how to do it.
I want you to live a lighter life, too.
So for 5 weeks at the start of the year, we're doing a reinvention experience.

I have a documented process that works. Every time. This work is not easy. But it’s the most powerful thing I teach.

LOGISTICS
- The Lighter Experience is limited to 10 participants
- Classes begin January 12th, 2024 and go through February 9th, 2024
- Classes are every Friday at 9am Pacific Time / 12pm Eastern Time and go for 90 minutes
- Calls will be recorded with replays going out 2 hours afterward
- You'll have DAILY ACCESS to Heather through a (non-Facebook) app
COURSE MATERIALS
Immediately upon enrollment, you'll be granted access to Heather's course Liberate: The Mental Game of Change - which retails for $1000. This will be used as our course curriculum.
