Refund and Cancellation Policy

I partner with people who are willing to go all in on their dreams. I'm investing my energy in you and your potential—and I show up 100%. I don’t do refunds. Period. If you’re not sure about change, or about trying new things—we’re probably not a good fit.  

Our School of Living Lighter Satisfaction Guarantee

We want to guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will work to ensure that you’re happy with your membership ongoing. That said, we understand if you decide that the program is not the right fit or the right timing. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy below so you know what your options are should you choose to request a refund or cancellation.

Membership: The Living Lighter Membership

While refunds are not available for our membership program, you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you'll have access to the membership until your renewal date. 

To cancel your membership, you can cancel it yourself on your portal, or if you prefer, you can email [email protected] with at least 72-hours notice before your automated renewal. You can say "I'd like to cancel" and we'll get it handled for you, no problem.

If you aren't sure about canceling or engaging in the membership, I am happy to help answer any questions and help you decide what's best moving forward. I'm here to serve and I have your back.

Once you purchase and enroll in a course, your enrollment is final. We are FULLY committed to you and we ask that you fully commit to the course you're enrolled in. No cancellations. No refunds. All sales are final.

To deter those who want to download our materials, and then ask for their money back, know that as most chargbacks are fraudulent and unjustified, and since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of the Program, we do not accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.
