I spent 20 years as a TV ad executive, selling the idea that happiness could be bought—and living it myself.
But the truth?
I was exhausted.
My home was cluttered.
My body felt heavy.
My life felt more complicated than it needed to be.
And here’s something important to know about me:
I’m not a natural minimalist.
Letting go didn’t come easily when we chose to get rid of many of our belongings due to toxic mold.
That experience changed everything.
Instead of forcing myself into extreme minimalism, I found a different way—one rooted in nervous system understanding, intentionality, and support.
Decluttering became less about getting rid of things, and more about creating a home and life that actually support you.
Now, I help others declutter their homes, reduce overwhelm, and create lasting lightness—without pressure or perfection.
